More than 454,000 jobs were sustained by visitors to Ohio.
Direct tax revenue from tourism spending generated more than $2.5 billion.
Ohio recorded 172.3 million visits with 35.8 million of those visits including an overnight stay.
Overnight stays were up 3 percent
Ohio has a diverse tourism product. It includes the Lake Erie shore, Amish country, large cities, theme parks, cultural/historical attractions, nature, sporting activities and events, educational attractions and more.
